Carolina Brotherhood Ride 2016

The ride is a tribute to fire and police officials that have fallen in the line of duty. The funds raised during the ride will go to assist the family members of those who have died. The ride started in Columbia, SC on Sunday and is scheduled to end in Raleigh on Friday. The riders will spend the night at the Salisbury Civic Center before departing on Thursday. The City of Salisbury Parks and Recreation department set up misters near at the softball fields so that the fans attending the Junior Little League Southeast Regional softball tournament could beat the persistent heat of the late july heat dome that has settle over the area.
