Carpentry class learns demolition at Shelter

Four students from Salisbury High School took part in a summer carpentry academy under the leadership of Scott Eagle. The four students worked together to remove several non-load bearing walls from in interior of the old Rowan Helping Ministries building on North Long Street. West Rowan Middle School's Nancy Barkemeyer was as tearful as the students on the last day of school on Tuesday as she received many hugs from staff, parents and students.
