Son Tyler and wife Nancy enjoy watching Don start the blade on a toy helicopter that also dispenses candy. A wide assortment of familiar brands of candy and several not so familiar will be offered at The Candy Shoppe on Main. The store will hold its grand opening at the Friday Night Out in a couple of days. Don Vick and his son Tyler have always dreamed of opening a candy store and have decided to make a go of it. Don's wife, Nancy Vick will work in the shoppe with Cady Driggers.

The location is a current construction site near the now closed Klumac Road crossing that when completed will two lane tunnel under the rail lines. The projected completion for the project is October 2016.
